Rock Lion Mailorder (Netherlands)

Ordered Helloween 'Dark Box' box set. I asked, if the mousepad is also included, because it does not show on the photo (still on their website: http://www.rock-lion.nl/collectors.html ), and I was told "yes, the mousepad is in the box too." However, it was not in the set. I asked why it wasn't in and shop owner said he'll fix this mistake in a few weeks. There is no more replying to my e-mails.
