Well, with Brutal Band's it really is a love hate relationship. I ordered several t-shirts(4) and a hat. Nothing else. A month goes by and I start to wonder where my package is, so I e-mail them knowing they did take the money out of my account.(took about 3 e-mails for them to finally respond) Scott then informs me he was away for some Death Fest out west so I figured hey, he owns a label that's understandable so I ignored it and he offered to throw in a free cd. Awesome. Didn't get the package until 3 weeks after said e-mail and when I open the package no hat but he does give me a cd.... So again another month of trying to e-mail him and no answer till finally he answers and apologizes offering yet another CD. At this point it had been so long since I made the order and he quit answering my e-mails so I just assumed to take it at a loss. THEN about 5 months after I made my initial order I get the hat in the mail with a free Brutal Bands sticker but no CD oh joy. Needless to say i've been ordering from random online distros and labels since about 2001 And i've never seen such a slow process and unprofessionally ran label like I have this one. I strongly recommend you find another distro, or try contacting the bands personally usually they will have copies of their merch for sale.
