IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM MY BROTHERS OF QUINTESSENCE (I can confirm all that is said here) :
This label released the first album of my band QUINTESSENCE (black metal from France).
The deal was 1000 CDs with 10% for the band, and 100 LPs with 20% for the band.
The CD has been released on March 28th, he sent us 64 CDs in something like 3 months, packed in simple envelopes without any other protection, in unregistered mail, without tracking of course. Several copies were really damaged, at a point that we can't even sell it.
The LP version has apparently never been pressed, as it doesn't appear anywhere, even on the label's website, and no one have never heard about it.
He owes the band 40 CDs and 20 LPs (nothing has been sent since early June).
The guy behing this label, Bartosz, claims he sent us 180 CDs and 20 LPs. Of course he didn't. He doesn't even answer our e-mails for more than one month now.
Heaven Ablaze Records also had some problems with him on the trades they did together (damaged booklets, and he replaced a part of the trades with releases the other label didn't ask for).
I gave him a deadline to send what he owes to QUINTESSENCE, August 31st, he apparently didn't care about it, so now it's time to spread the word : he's a RIP-OFF.
